Award Winning Breakfast
Following a restful sleep, breakfast is served in our homely character dining room. You will be offered a mouth watering choice of delicious traditional English and contemporary breakfast dishes, all made using high quality ingredients sourced locally.

Good home cooking and finest ingredients make the perfect recipe for our renowned breakfasts that we are proud to say have been recognised by Visit Britain’s Breakfast Award scheme as amongst the best breakfast on offer, not only in Southport but the United Kingdom.

Whether it’s a full English Total Townhouse or a tempting stack of fruit and syrup-laden pancakes you choose to start the day, each dish is prepared fresh to guest order and is accompanied by a wide selection of fairly-traded teas, coffees and juices.
Breakfast is normally served at 9am during the week and times may vary at weekends. If you require breakfast at any other time we will accommodate wherever possible.

Breakfast in Bed
It doesn’t have to be a special occasion to treat yourself to breakfast in bed.

For a small charge, we’ll deliver a breakfast basket of delicious Continental breakfast comprising cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries and fruit juice right to your door at the time of your choice.

Start the day with Sparkle
Whether you take breakfast in our character dining room or in the privacy of your room, a glass of House bubbly is the perfect way to add a touch of sparkle to your breakfast. A small fee applies.

In a Hurry?
No time for a relaxing breakfast? There’s no need to miss out completely with our Good to Go! breakfast bags filled with delicious breakfast pastry, cereal bar, piece of fruit , a yogurt and fruit juice. Or if you fancy something warmer, take away a hot breakfast sandwich, piece of fruit and a fruit juice: all good to go!
